- Generally not acting like he/she usually acts
- Interacting less often with family
- Responding less often or less enthusiastically
- Exhibits changes in behavior/activity level
- Exhibits difficulty climbing stairs and/or jumping
- Exhibits increased stiffness or limping
- Water bowl is empty all the time
- Your cat is constantly drinking from the water bowl
- Your cat is urinating more often
- The litter box is constantly wet with urine
- Changes in eating patterns (more or less)
- Gaining or losing weight
- Urinating or defecating outside the litter box
- Sleeping too much or too little
- Exhibits confusion or disorientation
