For a while, frequent Mama Kitty sightings were a common occurrence behind our clinic. Manifesting herself to us only as a black and white blur, she was known to travel at warp speeds. Before long, we earned her trust and brought her in for
keeps. Upon closer inspection, we learned she was actually black, white, and pink! As it turned out, she had been helping herself to the dumpster where there was a bit of duck sauce from the Japanese restaurant next door. After a little rehab, we had her off the sauce and on
crunchies in no time flat.

Miss Kitty was brought to the clinic as a stray who had been living around an auto repair shop. Since she was accustomed to leftovers from the mechanic's lunches, she was perplexed when we offered her a bowl of regular cat munchies.
However, she caught on
to the idea of cat food quickly and inflated before our eyes. The explanation: she was an expectant mother. In fact, she gave birth to Harvey whose breathtaking photo appears in our staff's gallery.

Ziggy is a special cat in every respect. Due to a congenital
abnormality, she is unable to jump or even walk normally. Despite
the obstacles that confront her on a daily basis, Ziggy always
manages to navigate around them accordingly, and she is never to
busy to give out kisses to anyone who happens along her
path.
